Just a few minutes drive from the Rockpile all manner of water sports equipment and activities are available at Kings Beach, one of the larger and nicer beaches at Lake Tahoe. This Beach is huge even when the lake is at its highest levels.

Sand Harbor, not pictured here, but perhaps the very nicest of all Lake Tahoe beaches, is just a 15 to 20 minute drive from the house.
